Moonlit Wildflowers

I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master (Level III), a certified intuitive life coach, a generational tarot reader that is dedicated to helping others heal and grow through non-traditional, soul-centered methods. For years, I’ve offered trauma-informed guidance and light energy, spiritual support. Now I’m building my practice to reach more people who seek guidance & natural tools beyond conventional therapy.

Tarot has been a natural rhythm of my life since childhood. Now, as I step into my 50th year, my path weaves together deep ancestral knowledge from my home here in the Appalachian Mountains with the ancient, wild wisdom of the Pacific Northwest—from the moss-draped Olympic rainforests to the magnificent peaks of the Cascade Mountains. My approach integrates tarot, meditation, Reiki, accessible fitness, and functional, down-to-earth nutrition to help clients reconnect with their intuition, cultivate personal clarity, and rediscover balance.

I am a mother to 8 beautiful souls and celebrating 25 years with my husband this year! We also have a very sweet corgi, a cavalier that is my personal shadow, and a magical Siberian cat. We moved from the stunning state of Washington to reclaim ancestral roots in here in the mystical North Carolina. My other passions are space, philosophy reading, art, poetry, meditation, sensory-friendly fashions, makeup, gardening, natural anti aging skin and health care. All things metaphysical and learning to play the cello. As a family we enjoy cooking, nature, travel- especially national parks. We all love to rockhound and actually offer hand-dug crystals directly from the ancient old-growth veins of the Appalachians where the energy is pure. I believe true balance and vitality is an ecosystem. Because of this, my space extends beyond mindful practices into holistic living, sharing daily lifestyle guidance such as accessible fitness, delicious easy recipes and intentional joyful living. You will also find a homeschooling guidance here and ways to connect with a supportive light circle of friends.

True alignment to reach your highest vibration is not one-size-fits-all; it's a journey of light and shadow, reflection and renewal. My role is to walk beside you, offering insight, compassion, and practical guidance and natural tools to help you find your own way.

The moonlight reminds us that even on the darkest nights, you can always look for the light to guide you. Wildflowers remind you that even through the harshest conditions and raging storms, your soul holds the absolute resilience to thrive, bloom beautifully and come back stronger.

I have walked through the battlefields and burned in the fires and emerged transformed into healing waters for those still in the flames. My journey is the foundation of my mission to hold space for others as they discover their own path to healing.

Hello Beautiful Wildflower! I am so glad you are here. My name is Kimberley and here is a little about me.

My journey to becoming a Reiki Master III wasn't about finding all the answers—it was about learning to become still enough to hear them.

For years, I searched outside myself for the peace I longed to feel. It wasn't until I turned inward that everything began to change. Along the way, I realized that creating space for peace also meant gently removing what no longer served me. I began letting go of draining relationships, releasing the need to live by other people's expectations, and giving myself permission to simply exist in the joy of ordinary moments. The more I chose authenticity over approval, the lighter my spirit became.

Mindfulness, daily meditation, journaling, and time spent in nature became anchors that helped me return to myself again and again. These simple practices taught me that peace isn't something we find one day—it's something we intentionally create, one breath, one thought, and one choice at a time.

Growing up with deep Appalachian roots taught me that the earth has always been my greatest teacher. The ancient mountains, quiet forests, and hand-dug Appalachian quartz remind me to slow down, stay grounded, and reconnect with what truly matters. To me, these crystals are meaningful reminders to pause, reflect, and be present—a tangible connection to the wisdom of the mountains that have inspired generations before us.

One of my greatest passions is helping others discover that mindfulness belongs to everyone. Meditation doesn't require hours of silence, yoga doesn't require a certain body type, age, or level of flexibility, and a meaningful spiritual practice doesn't have to look like anyone else's. I believe these practices should be welcoming, accessible, and free of judgment, meeting each person exactly where they are.

One lesson has remained constant throughout my journey: the energy we choose to cultivate shapes the life we experience. When I intentionally focused on gratitude, compassion, kindness, and hope, I began to notice those same qualities appearing more often in my days. As I chose more light, I found more light. As I became more present, life itself began to feel richer, more beautiful, and more extraordinary—not because the world around me had changed, but because the way I experienced it had.

That is the heart of Moonlit Wildflowers

My hope is to share the practices, stories, and Appalachian traditions that have guided my own path, so you feel inspired to discover your own. Whether through a quiet meditation, a page in your journal, gentle yoga, time spent in nature, or the grounding presence of ethically sourced Appalachian crystals, my wish is that you find moments that bring you back to yourself.

Because I believe an extraordinary life isn't built all at once. It's cultivated slowly, with intention, rooted in gratitude, nourished by mindfulness, and—like the oldest mountains—strengthened by every season we grow through.
