A Holistic Option for Your Journey
Life coaching can be one of many paths toward greater balance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
For those who are drawn to a more holistic approach to wellbeing, coaching offers a space to look at the whole person—not just a single challenge. Our conversations may incorporate mindfulness, time in nature, journaling, grounding practices, meditation, personal reflection, healthy boundaries and reconnecting with the things that bring meaning and joy into your life.
This approach is not about replacing conventional healthcare or mental health support. Rather, it can be another supportive option alongside the resources that already serve you, particularly for those seeking a more reflective, nature-connected, and spiritually mindful approach to personal growth.
You decide what you want to explore, what feels right for you and what steps you are ready to take. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to provide a supportive space to help you listen to yourself, recognize what may no longer serve you, and move toward the life you want to create.
Trauma-Informed & Client-Led
My coaching approach is trauma-informed and centered around respect, personal boundaries, and your individual pace. You are never required to share experiences you are not comfortable discussing.
Trauma-informed coaching is not trauma therapy and does not diagnose or treat trauma, PTSD, or other mental health conditions. When professional mental health or medical care is appropriate, I encourage clients to seek support from a qualified licensed professional.
This is simply another path—a place to pause, reflect, reconnect, and begin moving forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session and missed appointments are non-refundable.
If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. The new appointment must be scheduled at the time of the rescheduling request.
Appointments that have already been rescheduled once cannot be rescheduled again, and additional cancellations or changes are not eligible for a refund.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
If I need to cancel your appointment, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the session.
